  who have no medical insurance and who also cannot afford to purchase insurance.

• Dental Care and Counseling is free to residents of Cocke, Grainger and Jefferson Counties
  who have no insurance and who also cannot afford to purchase insurance.

Note that children under the age of 18 that are covered by TennCare
DO have dental coverage through that program
and are not eligible for care at the clinic.
